HURRICANE WORKOUTS
Our signature fat burning workout! science has shown that slow, long distance running is not as effective as high intensity exercises. The hurricane uses sprinting to increase the body's metabolic rate.

Get Clear on Where You’re At (and Where You Want to Go)
We’ll start by talking about what brought you here. Maybe you want more energy. Maybe it’s time to take control of your health. Or maybe you’re just ready to feel stronger in your own skin again.
Your coach will walk through your current fitness level, help you identify what’s holding you back, and set realistic, powerful goals you’re excited about.

Move, Assess, and Learn
You’ll go through a simple movement assessment and body composition analysis — might sound like big words but it’s nothing crazy, just enough for us to see how your body’s moving, set a base line and where we need to focus.
We’ll look at strength, mobility, stability, and anything that might need extra attention to keep you training safely.
Everything is explained clearly and with purpose. We want you to understand your body — not just work it.

One-on-One Coaching
That’s All About You METRO STARTS HERE.
In these sessions, it’s just you and your coach — focused, intentional, and built around your goals. Every workout is crafted specifically for where you’re at and where you want to go. We’re not guessing. We’re dialing it in.
You’ll get 60 minutes of real coaching, real accountability, and real progress — with someone who actually knows your name and cares about your results.

Small Group Training
More Personal. Just as Powerful. If you want more personalized attention but still enjoy the energy of training with others, this is for you.
You’ll train in a group of 3–6 people, and your coach will design a program that fits the group’s needs — whether it’s fat loss, mobility, or strength building. It’s still affordable, but offers a deeper level of focus and customization.
More specific coaching. Faster results. Worth the investment.

Group Fitness
Train for Life, Not Just Looks. This is our main system — a well-rounded training plan built to improve strength, endurance, and how you feel in your own body.
3 days a week, we focus on strength and mobility using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and more to build real muscle and protect your joints. The other 3 days are cardio-based interval training to boost metabolism, burn fat, and keep your heart healthy.
Whether you’re just getting started or getting back into it, these sessions will meet you where you’re at — and push you just the right amount.
